Abstract

The current study aimed to explore the obstacles to the use of electronic management in primary schools within the Green Line, and to conclude solutions in order to reduce the obstacles  to the use of electronic management, and to answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the integrated curriculum, through the use of the descriptive approach, in addition to the use of the qualitative approach, where the researcher developed a questionnaire, and the study population consisted of (627) and the study sample consisted of (120) school principals in primary schools, the interview sample were conducted With a sample of (15) principals,  the results showed a moderate degree of obstacles to the use of electronic administration in primary schools within the Green Line. The study also came up with a set of proposals to reduce obstacles, including continuous training, infrastructure development, keeping up with modern developments, and updating electronic administrative systems. In light of the results of the study, the study recommended carrying out modernization operations for the infrastructure necessary for electronic management, as well as human development operations that include continuous training and development projects
